		<description>I think that this is not a yes/no answer.  When used effectively, company mass emails can help.  It&#039;s when someone sends a mass email asking if anyone found a watch in the 3rd floor men&#039;s bathroom that it hurts.  

Having a very specific subject line can help employees decide how important those mass emails are, and requiring a specific password to send &quot;to all&quot; might not be a bad idea, either!
